A regular shape, looks like a big leather bag. Like when you use one for a letter, one of those things that the world has forgotten. We at Dust, however, are made to remember and to create works that have soul. We have said it many times, yet the taste of these words does not stop moving us.

Vegetable-Tanned Leather

Our goal is to give you a practical product in genuine, high-quality leather.

Vegetable tanning is simply the oldest and most natural way of tanning animal hides and it has been in use since prehistoric times because it employs materials found in nature.

From the first men to the Tuscan master craftsmen, Vegetable-Tanned Leather has always been treated with the same substance found in trees: tannin which makes the leather soft, malleable and resistant over time.

By virtue of this principle, and thanks to our decades of experience in tanning, the only possible solution was to use vegetable-tanned leather.

We chose vegetable tanning because we believe that the best way to experience the product is by seeing it with your eyes, touching it with your hands, and honouring it with our memory.
