• Not quite right for you? No problem — Our 30 Day Return policy gives you time to make sure the item you purchased is perfect for all the journeys you’re taking.
• Returned items must be unused and unwashed with the original tags attached.

• Returns requested by other touch points will not be accepted

• Changed your mind or your plans? No problem — our 30 Day Trial policy gives you time to make sure it’s perfect for all the trips you’re taking.
• While you're free to test out the size, features and feel of your luggage at home, our 30 Day Trial policy is void if your product has been used in transit, or anywhere outside your home.
• Not quite right for you? Just file a return within 30 days of receiving your products.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping expenses on the return of The Dust Company products.
• Returned items must be unused with the original tags attached.
• This extended return policy applies on all the products.
